Shipping / Return Information.

SHIPMENTS: Orders are shipped out as soon as possible, usually within 5 business days upon receipt of your order at Alexander-Lee Gallery, ( We will make every effort to get your order out quickly. During the dates of our trade shows; please allow additional time. Custom made or special orders may require a few additional days before shipping.

Please note: Sales tax will be added to Texas shipments, unless we have your resale number, or you have sent us your wholesale credentials, pertaining to Bead Stores, Jewelry Stores, Jewelry Designers, etc., that are buying our products for resale and have a jewelry related, Resale Certificate. Sorry, we do not consider tax numbers from Furniture, Lumber, Cleaners, Insurance, and such companies, as Jewelry related companies.

Shipping Within the United States: We usually ship by USPS (U.S. Mail), by Priority Mail. We have a shipping module, where you can choose your method of shipping.

All items will be packed securely.

Many of our prices are based on wholesale prices or below wholesale prices, and therefore, "Loose Beads" and "Vintage Murano Glass Flowers and Leaves" require a $50.00 minimum; not including shipping and insurance.

CUSTOM ORDERS: When you place a Custom Order, we make the jewelry item to your specifications. We go by the written description, that you have given us either in person, at a trade show, or by email. Therefore, since we custom make the item, especially for you, there are no returns and no exchanges on these orders, but, in most cases, we will email you a photo of the item, before it is completed, to get your final approval. We try our best to work with our valued customers. If you want the custom order changed, after you receive it, we will be happy to redesign it and only charge you the additional cost of labor & parts, and re-shipping to you. Sorry, but we cannot credit your credit card account for the entire custom order; nor, can we return it to inventory; as this was a custom order, made just for you.

International Shipments / International Orders: are usually sent Priority International Mail. You have the option of choosing your mailing method, on the shipping module, on our web site. Shipping costs will be based on rates, in U.S. dollars. No returns or exchanges on International orders. Once your order has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations.


No Minimum Order on Necklaces, Earrings, Bracelets, Pendants, Paperweights and most items. We do have a $50.00 minimum order on our Loose Venetian Beads, as the marked prices are below anyone else's on the web, and below the other Wholesale prices. Also, on the Vintage Murano Glass Flowers & Leaves, we have a $50.00 minimum. These are very time consuming to "pull from inventory" and are very old items, in limited supply.


1. All orders that we send out, are checked twice for accuracy and quality. Returns are by prior authorization only, and must include a copy of the invoice, clearly marking the items returned and an explanation or reason for the return.

2. Returns must be made within 10 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original plastic bags, or original wrappings, and must be unused, or unworn; and in the same excellent condition we sent them to you.

3. Items should be returned in the same box as we mailed to you, or packed securely in another box. Please do not ship in envelopes, padded envelopes, or Priority Mail envelopes, as the glass items will not be protected from damage. To know if the item arrives back to us, please insure the package and include a tracking number. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender and all return shipments should be insured.

4. A 15% restocking fee of the total price, will be charged. Shipping costs, such as, postage and insurance, will not be reimbursed.

5. We usually do not accept returns on pendants, watches, Alessandro's custom designs, Valentina Moretti's custom designs, Loose Beads, Murano Glass Flowers & Leaves, or special custom orders. But, we make every reasonable effort to please our customers.

6. No returns on international orders.

Wholesale Return Policy: Our loose beads are at wholesale prices, or, at below wholesale prices. Usually, it is our policy that all loose beads sold to designers, and bead stores, are non-returnable, as we double check each order. This will help us maintain the lowest wholesale pricing possible.


If shipment(box)is damaged upon receipt, please file a claim with the carrier (post office), and immediately arrange for an inspection in the same box in which your order was packed. Then notify us. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
