Klimt 10 MM Millefiori with Gold Foil

Klimt style 10 mm round Millefiori beads with 24 Karat gold foil. These beads have a black Murano glass base color, and a "cracked gold" effect made with 24 karat gold foil. The beads have multicolored mosaic pieces of canes, called murrines, which makes up a Millefiori bead, meaning "thousand flowers". Because each bead is handmade, (not machine made), and are lamp worked beads, made one-by-one under the flame in Venice, Italy, then the mosaic pieces will vary, not only in colors of mosaic canes, but in style; some may be in more of an abstract pattern. This is a natural process in handmade beads.
