Murano glass discs, which we were the first to name "Lentils" long ago, and a name that is now used, not only in Italy, but worldwide in the bead industry. 
The Murano glass colors in this bead are Cobalt Blue and Aqua/Teal over 24 Karat Gold Foil. 
Each lentil bead is hand made, one-by-one, under the flame in Venice, Italy; and the approximate size is 18 to 19mm x 12mm thick.
We nicknamed these beads "Exposed Gold" because the gold is exposed in an abstract pattern on the beads.
