These Murano glass, Venetian Bead teardrops are referred to as "Ruby Gold";  which is Rubino Oro Murano Glass and 24 Karat Gold Foil. 
The size of the large teardrops are approximately 30x12 mm.  
Each bead is made one-by-one under the flame, in Venice, Italy; hence the description "Lamp worked Italian Beads".
