Please Note: All pendants shown here are handcrafted of the finest Murano glass. No machine work or hand painting, is ever used. The gold foil used in these items is 24 karat yellow gold. The silver is pure silver foil. Each item is meticulously handmade; therefore, no two pieces will be exactly alike; and color variations (of the trees, fish, or mosaics) are a mark of the artist's handwork.

Large Oblong Murano Glass Pendant. First, a thick piece of cobalt blue glass is created. Second, it is covered with 24 karat gold foil. A "Murrina", which has been previously constructed, in a very skillful process, by fusing bits of glass (millefiori segments), is then carefully placed on top of the gold foil. PAPERWEIGHTS

These are Unique and Fantastic "Fish Weights". Three people working together create these beautiful paperweights. The first prepares the glass, heating rods or "canes" of Murano glass by "pulling" them to smaller diameters. The second, using the prepared canes, makes the fish, the octopus, and pieces of coral. The third, working at the furnace with molten glass, completes the process adding yellow or white gold foil to the background; a complicated and time consuming process.
